Working to apply a Pass4Saas solution (Mobile Solutions: Employee Self Service for E-Business Suite Tutorial v. 2).

While applying the configuration, some of errors were introduced because of no data found, however the EBS version is Vision as the most recommended version reference to the note
Problem is in the scripts ran. At the note above. We are stuck at the point - Configure the EBS Vision Instance scripts
Please find the below table status of execution:
02_create_person.sql Not succeed Error : ORA-01403: no data found
OR
03_create_user.sql Not succeed
Error : ORA-20001: APP-FND-02604: One or some of the following data is not valid:
APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME=HXC, RESPONSIBILITY_KEY=HXC_SELF_SERVICE,
SECURITY_GROUP=202.
