Information in this document applies to any platform.
When completing the approval process - there are attached documents and they seem to be missing - post approval.
The documents should still be attached upon approving the document.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Document is created and submitted for approval.
2. Upon final approval - review and find attachments present prior to approval - are now gone.
