Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.0 version, General issues with UPK Developer

When attempting to launch UPK or Knowledge Center,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
There is a problem with the server configuration. See your administrator with the following informaton.

The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.

KCenter: Connection string is invalid or database is not setup correctly. ORA-12537: Network Session: End of file


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch KCenter/UPK
2. see error popup
