ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Action history in workflow Status monitor shows From user as "Sysadmin" if Sysadmin approve the notification on behalf of the actual approver

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Before patch:R12.AD.B.Delta.4 and 20677714:R12.FND.B, when sysadmin do such action, the From user still shows original approver name in Action history

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in iExpense
2.Submit a expense report which waiting for next approver's action
3.Login as Sysadmin user
4. Workflow Administrator Web Applications-> Administrator Workflow-> Status Monitor->Workflow type: AP Invoice Approval > Click the Open link of the notification > Approve the invoice on behalf of supervisor
5.In the notification details, the action history shows the From user as Sysadmin , but before it shows the actual Approver name
