JRE When Trying To Reconsider Application of an employee-applicant ORA-20001: You cannot cancel the termination of a hired applicant

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Candidate Management
When attempting to reconsider application for an employee-applicant who was hired for a different vacancy,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: You cannot cancel the termination of a hired applicant
Cause: You are trying to cancel the termination of an application that you have not actually terminated.
You have hired the applicant, that filed this application, into the assignment he/she applied for and the application has ended,
not terminated.
Action: If you want to cancel the hire, Use the Enter Employee Personal Information form.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Irecruitment Recruiter
2. Search for a vacancy and select an applicant who was hired for a different vacancy while current application was terminated.
3. Reconsider application for above candidate
4. Above error occurred.
