Profile Class Field in the Profile Tab is Null Even Tough Profile Class is Assigned (Doc ID 2307579.1)

When viewing the 'Profile Class' in the Profile tab of Advanced Collections, the field is null, even though a profile class is assigned at the level being viewed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
: Collections

  1. Query any customer and view the Profile tab.  Verify if the Profile Class is populated. 
    NOTE: In this example, the Collector Name field is populated, but the Profile Class is not.  This indicates that the customer has a profile assigned at that level.  If both fields are null, then the customer doesn't have a profile class assigned at that level.  That is not the fix being provided in this note.
