On : 12.2.6 version, Lease Authoring

When attempting to validate a variable loan contract with subsidy,
the following error occurs.

Check for Variable Rate
Error >> Sum of Principal Payments does not equal Principal Balance.

The total of payments (principal only) should equal the asset cost and not consider the subsidy. The subsidy is billed/netted from a third party to improve the yield. However, the booking QA check returns an error unless the total of payments equals asset cost minus the subsidy. This is incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User
2. Author a variable loan Contract with Float and Estimated and Billed classification
3. Add a subsidy and associate it to the asset
4. Validate the contract and receive error
