Information in this document applies to any platform.
Once the workflow is launched and forwarded to the Approvers for a New Item Request, the system does not show ABORT WORKFLOW button and does not allow any change in the workflow.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a New Item Request for a newly created item
- Launch the associated workflow
- After the workflow is launched, login with approver and open the workflow notification
- Open the new item request details and under workflow tab, verify the ABORT Workflow button is not visible
