Revolving Loan: Entered Stub Days must be a Number and Greater than Zero Error when Creating a PPD (Doc ID 2307996.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Billing Modules

When creating a Principal Paydown on alternate days,
the following error occurs.

APP-OKL-429844: Entered stub days must be a number and greater than zero


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and Book a Revolving Loan Contract
2. Create a funding request and transfer to AP
3. Validate and Pay the Invoice in AP
4. Process 'Loan Balances Update program'
5. Then create the following Principal Paydown's in Lease Center:
 a. Create a PPD on 4-Aug-16. It completes successfully
 b. Create a PPD on 5-Aug-16. We get an error as ‘APP-OKL-429844: Entered stub days must be a number and greater than zero’
 c. Create a PPD on 6-Aug-16. It completes successfully
 d. Create a PPD on 7-Aug-16. We get an error as ‘APP-OKL-429844: Entered stub days must be a number and greater than zero’
 e. Create a PPD on 8-Aug-16. It completes successfully
