Error When Returning To iProcurement Session After Checkout From Supplier Punchout Site - You cannot use your browser's navigation buttons here (Doc ID 2308044.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.1.3 and Release 12.2.4 and higher, an error occurs when the user tries to return to iProcurement from the supplier punchout site.

The issue is noticed to occur after supplier certificates were recently updated and installed. However, the issue is not related to SSL certificates.
Due to this issue, users cannot request goods and services from this particular supplier site.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using an iProcurement responsibility.
2. On the Shopping home page, click the link for the supplier site punchout store.
3. On the supplier punchout site, add one or more items to the shopping cart.
4. Click "checkout" on the supplier site. This returns the user to Oracle iProcurement and the above error is displayed instead of showing the iProcurement shopping cart.
