OTL Time Card Absence Entry Does Not Create Absence Entry In HR Leave Of Absence

Absences which were entered via OTL timesheets are not getting recorded. The issue started to happen after applying R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.10.

The absence records and absence element entries should be automatically created once the timesheets have been approved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the responsibility Employee Self-Service.
3. Click on the Recent Timesheet function.
4. Click on the Create Timecard button.
5. Enter an absence.
6. Submit the timesheet for approval.
7. Ask the timesheet approver to approve the timecard.
8. As the employee who submitted the timesheet,Employee Self-Service-> Absence Summary.
9. Check for the absences recorded for the employee.
