On : 12.2.5 version, HTML User Interface

When attempting to Place Order,
the following error occurs.

APP-ASO-236406: The quote changes have been saved and the quote has been priced. Please initiate Place Order after reviewing the quote

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new quote and saved it
2. Pricing status is complete and tax status is complete
3. Click the Place Order button
4. Message displayed
