Trying to submit Charges to Order Management fails indicating that Payment Term is required on Booked Order Line (Doc ID 2308522.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

When attempting to to submit charges the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error in Line: OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL###### :Payment Term is required on a booked order line.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an existing SR
2. Go to Charges tab
3. Try to submit charges
4. The reported error occurs
