Symptoms
On 12.2.4 in Production:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
RTV (eg Return to Vendor/Return to supplier) related transaction/s are not getting successed processed and end up showing in transaction statuses related form with following errors.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Successfully process RTV (eg Return to Vendor/Return to supplier) related transaction/s without errors.

ORA-06512: at "APPS.JAI_RCV_RT_BRI_T1", line 346
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.JAI_RCV_RT_BRI_T1' returned error
STEPS
--------
1. Create purchase order.
2. Perform RTV.
3. Notice RTV did not successfully process.
4. Check transaction statuses related form for TVR organization and see row/s where errors showing:
