Tasks Are Not Creted Automatically When Creating A Service Request

Tasks are not created automatically from Task Templates when a service request is created

In Create Service Request form tasks should be created automatically based on "Task Templates"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a task template so that a task is created based on the SR type.
2. (R) Service
3. Service Request > Create Service
4. Create a particular Service Request and Save it
5. Click on task tab
