Removed Collaboration Member At RFI Stage Still Gets Evaluation Notification (Doc ID 2309339.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Set Up

Removed collaboration team member received evaluation notification

Application should not allow to remove/delete the collaboration team member if he/she is part of Negotiation team

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Performance Evaluation Template with Collaboration Team, Evaluation Settings and Requirements Note
    For example there are 5 members in the collaboration team A, B, C, D and E and all these members part of evaluation teams.

2. Create an Assessment referencing this template and removed 1 member from the collaboration team and add another
    Removed Member A
    Added Member F

3. Complete Manage Evaluation Settings to add Member F in the team where Member A was part of.

4. Published the Assessment

5. Evaluation Notification sent to all the team members

6. Also the same notification delivered to Member A who was removed in Assessment
