On : 12.1.3 version, Contracts Repository

Error while proceeding to sign repository contract when expiration date is in past.

Contract has already expired.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contracts Workbench Administrator (R) -> Contracts -> Contracts.
2. Proceed with update on contract having past expiration date .
3. From Actions -> Sign, receives stated error.
