Failure Configure IMAP Server With Office365 Server: Unable to connect to the mail account (Doc ID 2309700.1)

On 12.1.3 version, Workflow Mailer
Workflow mailer is not coming up and stopped.

Due to this issue, users cannot  configure cloud server as IMAP server and inbound processing fails.


Changes Done Before the Issue:

++Customer Mentioned that after applying CPU Patches 3 days ago, Mailer was not coming up and showed error that Password has expired.

++After this IMAP Administrator gave correct password-->They brought up the Mailer and it was running good for 8 hours. But he is not sure if Emails were sent during that time.
