Signature Attachments Created On MFS Laptop Cannot Be Viewed On The Server

On : 12.1.3 Laptop
After creating a signature attachment on the MFS laptop application and syncing, the attachment cannot be viewed on the server side application.
The user receives an error when trying to open the attachment on the server side.
FRM-40375: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSES trigger raised unhandled exception
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a debrief in MFS Laptop
2. Sign the attachment.
4. Run the processes uploaded mobile data program
5. View the attachment from the Debrief form
6. Error occurs.
