Unable To Find The Item Number And Serial Number Fields On The MFS Create SR Page (Doc ID 2309922.1)

On : 12.2.5, Multiplatform Mobile Field Service

When creating a service request from Multiplatform MFS the Item Number and Serial Number fields are missing.

The fields are displayed once the Service request is created, but they cannot be entered while creating the SR.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Log in into Mobile Field Service multi platform Windows application
Step 2: From the left pan, I clicked on “Service Requests” button.
Step 3: On top right corner, I selected more button
Step 4: From the “Actions” I selected “Create SR”.
Step 5: We can’t find Serial Number of Part Number field on the Create SR page
