Manage Exception Sweep Progam not Processing Activity Writeoffs (Doc ID 2310186.1)

Manage Exceptions / Sweep option is not available if the Invalid event is Receipt Write-off.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigational Steps:
Control>Accounting> Open/Close Period
Select Period and try to close.
  Access and run the Exceptions Progam (Sweep) to move to next period.

Receipt Write off's (Activity) will not process when listed as Invalid
