TeleService: Performance Issue in Create Service Request Form when Entering Item Which is Linked to Large Contracts (Doc ID 2310219.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Entering the item name in the Service Request header is taking more time to load the coverage details if the item is having more number of line in contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Entering the item name in the Service Request header is should not take more time to load coverage details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Create Service Requests
2. Create the SR and enter the item name in the SR header and tab out.
