Symptoms

On  12.2.4 version, Oracle Time and Labor Rules

When executing Transfer Time from OTL to BEE, error shows.

After patch 23566161:R12.HXT.C applied, same error is showing. 


ERROR
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXC_GENERIC_RETRIEVAL_PKG", line 2867
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXC_GENERIC_RETRIEVAL_PKG", line 9415
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXT_OTC_25-JUL-2017 19:11:02



STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE
2. Ends in error
