Attempting to change FAHRCS password in EBS Errors with Java Protocol Exception Error (Doc ID 2310800.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to change Financial Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Solution (FAHRCS) password in General Ledger (GL) of  E-Business Suite (EBS) and and error is generated so cannot change the password.

Navigate to: in the Setup Fusion Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service page and attempt to change the FAHRCS password, error being generated:
java.net.Protocol.Exception: Server redirected too many times (5) when trying to advance the page.
