Batch Ingredient Picking and Move Order are still can be generated when item is not fully available.
Here is the problem scenario:
We create Batch Document with following material requirements

Product : FG1 Plan Qty = 10 kg
- RM1 Plan Qty = 5 kg
- RM2 Plan Qty = 3 kg
- RM3 Plan Qty = 4 kg

Current Available On Hand in warehouse : RM 1 = 20 kg, RM2=20 kg, RM3 only 1 kg ( shortage 3 kg from the requirement).
Then create Ingredient Picking for the Batch.
The system will generate Move Order Slip as follow :
RM1 = 5 kg
RM2= 3 kg
RM3 = 1 kg (the only onhand available).

For your information, our manufacturing is a Pharmaceutical/ Medicine. You cannot do the production process until both the ingredient items and the qty are fully fulfilled/available.
- How to restrict the Ingredient Picking process or MO generation when one or more both Ingredient Item or Quantity is shortage?
