Symptoms
An active Agent of type "Work Assignment" is configured to be invoked on Agent Event "Work Assignment - Created". When a Work Assignment is created as part of Fleet Aware Bulk Plan of Order Releases, this Agent is not being executed. When a Work Assignment is created from the Shipment Action, this Agent gets executed.
