Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When Order Management product is Shared Install or Not Installed, executing adadmin to Generate form files does not compile OEXCORE.pll.

Expected Behavior
When Order Management product is Shared Install or Not Installed, executing adadmin to Generate form files does compile OEXCORE.pll.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Under Order Management product is Shared Install or Not Installed instance
  2. run adadmin and Generate form files.
  3. OEXCORE.pll is not re-compiled
