Budget Adjustment - No Records Are Displayed For Customer Name In The LOV When We Click' Next' (Doc ID 2311028.1)

Budget Adjustment - No records are displayed for Customer Name in the LOV when we click' Next'

Record should displayed when click on next button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to trade managment user- >trade mgmt ->trade planning
2. select budget ->select adjustment -> adjustment type, Amount, Activity Type -> select customer ->
3. search for customer "XXXXXXX XXXX"
4. The system displays the first 15 records of the total 3700 records. When we click 'NEXT' the system does not display any records
