Applicant Rejection Emails Not Returning IRC_CAND_USR_NAME In Notification (Doc ID 2311094.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Candidate Management

When an Application Status is changed with an Effective Date in the Past, Notification is not sent to Applicant. If the date is left blank or entered as today or in future notification is sent.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. iRecruitment Recruiter >
2. iRecruitment Home >
3. Vacancies Tab >
4. Search for a Vacancy .
5. Click on Active Applicants >
6. Select the Check Box for Active Applicant and Click on Update Status >
7. Change the Status of the Applicant
8. Status Change Date >>> Enter past Date
9. Click Submit
10 Click yes
11. Run the Workflow Back Ground Process
Notification is not sent to the Applicant.
