Knowledge Base: Upload HTML-file Leads To Missing Linebreaks (Doc ID 2311366.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Agent Console


When uploading the HTML-reply template in Email Center Knowledge Base via Publish-function, the linebreaks will be lost.

The following error is shown
"This file could not be uploaded because the file size exceeds the limit of 15360 bytes.
while the customer lost line breaks when they publish the template"

 HTML- Reply template should not loose line breaks.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Email Center Administrator
Navigation: Knowledge Base -> Publish
