Contact Person DFF Information Not Visible on Supplier Hub XML

User is able to see the DFF at Contact Person level, however DFF information is not visible on Supplier Hub XML.

DFF field should be visible also in the XML file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Management Administrator -> Supplier Home
2. Search supplier
3. Contact Directory -> Update
4. Contact Descriptive Flexfield.
5. Add information -> Apply
6. Click again the Contact Descriptive Flexfield
7. Click "Publish Supplier" button -> Copy the Publish Event Id
8. Search the event in the pon_supp_pub_history table using the following select in order to get the xml file

select * from pon_supp_pub_history
where publication_event_id = "publication_event_id 7th step"
