Sections K, L And M Not Printing On Solicitation PDF

Symptoms

On Release 12.2.4 version, Solicitation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After, Adding Several Static Contract Terms Sections K, L, and M and Previewing the PDF,
to verify if the static Terms Sections were added the Sections can be seen as expected.
.
Then , Clicking the Actions "View PDF" > Click: "GO" ->> "PDF" Sections K,L, and M are now empty.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users expect to See the Added Static Contract Terms Sections K, L, and M when viewing the PDF file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Sign on to Application
Select Responsibility: Purchasing Super User / Purchasing Buyer
Navigation: Buyers Work Center ->> Negotiations ->> Published Negotiations
Locate ->> Solicitation: # HSTS01-17-Q-0010 ->> Copy ->> HSTS01-17-Q-0010 ->>
Create Solicitation HSTS01-17-Q-0033 ->> Click: Contract Terms ->>
Add a Static Contract Terms Template: "ABC Services 123 (TSA)" Apply Template.
Click: Update Contract Details ->>

Add 2nd Static Contract Terms Template,
Current Contract Template: "ABC Services 123 (TSA)" ->>
New Contract Template: "ABCDE : Indefinite Delivery (TSA)" ->>
Retain All Clauses and Deliverables.

Add a 3rd Static Contract Terms Template:
Current Contract Template: "ABC Services 123 (TSA)" ->>
New Contract Template: "ABC123 Solicitation Template"
.
NOTE: The Preview shows all the Clauses have been Added Sections K,L, and M.
Click: Apply ->> Receive Confirmation: Changes to the Contract details have been saved.

Create Solicitation: HSTS01-17-Q-0012 - Review ->> Actions: "View PDF" ->> Click: "GO"
"View PDF" Sections K,L, and M are now empty.
