How to display detailed transaction data for SSHR Mobile Approvals?

Approval Request does not include complete details for certain functions. HR users cannot see complete details of the requests from the Mobile Approvals App for functions like Document of Records or EIT (Extra Information).

Only the subject appears and the important transaction details are not shown. The details of the transaction pending approval appear normally when the Approval Notifications are accessed from the users worklist.
