Is there a way to print a hard copy of the employee Form W-4 that was submitted electronically? This is an IRS requirement per https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc753.html
Also, according to the IRS Employment Tax Regulations section 31.3402(f)(5)-1(c)
Copies of electronic Forms W–4. Upon request by the Internal Revenue Service, the employer must supply a hard copy of the electronic Form W–4 and a statement that, to the best of the employer’s knowledge, the electronic Form W–4 was filed by the named employee. The hard copy of the electronic Form W–4 must provide exactly the same information as, but need not be a facsimile of, the paper Form W–4.
