Payroll Dashboard - Checking Readiness Throws "Failure of server APACHE bridge" Error (Doc ID 2311857.1)

Problem Statement:

When clicking on the "Check Readiness" icon in the Payroll Readiness page, the following error occurs.

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Payroll Professional responsibility.
  2.  Go to Payroll Dashboard.
  3.  Select Payroll and click on Go button.
  4.  Click "Check Readiness" icon in "Payroll Readiness Details".
  5.  Error occurs
