Purpose

This document provides basic information for Oracle HRMS for Poland Add-on Localization that is a part of Oracle E-Business Suite. Originally developed over ten years ago by the Polish Oracle Consulting department, this add-on localization was created to meet the requirements of the major Polish customers who needed a professional system for human resources and payroll management. Initially it was based on two individual solutions and implemented for two main Oracle Poland customers. This initiated the idea of establishing a common solution aimed to use the best features and combine them into one. Through the years, the localization grew up as a base for a general product that is now, with its legislative content and level of functionality, available for all EBS R12.1 customers in Poland.

Oracle HRMS for PL Add-on Localization implements only the functionality that is essential to handle human resources and payroll in Poland. Information in this document applies to any platform that includes the assumption that PL Add on Localization is properly installed on the customer environment.

The Oracle HRMS for Poland Add on localization was transferred to the Oracle Applications Development department and is now maintained and supported directly by a team based in Poland.

Important Information: Please note that the EBS HRMS Add on Localization for Poland Payroll will not be available on EBS R12.2 or any later release.

only one version of the Oracle HRMS for Poland Add-on Localization, version R12.1. is supported. Currently the release level EBS 12.1 HRMS 12.1.3 RUP 11 is the recommended version for use with the EBS HRMS Poland Add on Localization..

On November 30th 2013, extended support for version R11i ended and R11i moved to sustaining support (ANNOUNCEMENTS: E-Business Suite 12.1 Extended Support runs to Dec. 2021 and 11.5.10 Sustaining Support Exception Updates, My Oracle Support Document 1495337.1).
Please note, that all of the information in this document is only relevant to the Oracle HRMS for Poland Add-on Localization with product code 1713 and not to any other add on localization or product. Additionally, users must note that a Poland (HR only) localization with product code 1555 exists which is outside the scope of this document.

Users must request support and service request procedure using product code 1713 for the component “Oracle HRMS for Poland Add-on Localization” and for the sub component “Poland Payroll”.

Scope

The Oracle HRMS for Poland solution is an Add-on Localization, which is a service deliverable and subject to the following;

ORACLE OFFERS CERTAIN SERVICES THAT MAY RESULT IN "SERVICE DELIVERABLES" UNDER A LIMITED USE LICENSE. ORACLE SERVICES THAT RESULT IN SERVICE DELIVERABLES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, CONSULTING RESELLABLE ASSETS AND CONSULTING'S EXTENSION SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE OFFERINGS.
YOU AGREE THAT:
i) SERVICE DELIVERABLES ARE NOT ORACLE STANDARD SOFTWARE PROGRAMS;
ii) TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR SERVICE DELIVERABLES IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM OR UNDER, OR PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH, ORACLE'S SUPPORT SERVICES ORGANIZATION OR YOUR ORACLE PROGRAM LICENSE AGREEMENT;
iii) YOUR RIGHT TO USE AND RECEIVE SERVICES RELATED TO THE SUPPORT OF SERVICE DELIVERABLES IS SOLELY AS DESCRIBED IN YOUR CONTRACT FOR SUCH SERVICE DELIVERABLES; AND
iv) ANY SERVICE REQUEST RELATED TO SERVICE DELIVERABLES, REGARDLESS OF HOW INITIATED OR LOGGED, WILL BE ADDRESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR SUCH SERVICE DELIVERABLES
