TeleService: Zeros Truncated for Customer Numbers in Contacts / Addresses Tab

Symptoms

On 12.2.3 -

Account Number - leading zeros truncated in Service Request.
We are having issue while creating Service Request whenever any Account Number associated with Install Base current location start with zeros.

Error:

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field BILL_TO_ACCOUNT

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Request > Create Service Requests

 - Populate IB Ship and Bill to Location with the Account number with leading zeros.
 - Enter Customer (Account with leading zeros)
 - Enter Item Instance
 - Navigate to the Service Request - Contacts / Addresses tab.

 => Bill To Address - Account field => leading zeros removed: '000123' > '123'
 => Ship To Address - Account field => leading zeros removed: '000123' > '123'
