Symptoms
In Enterprise Asset Management self service, when attempting to click the
Print Work Order the following error occurs.
ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error while retrieving printer list.
Please try again later. If the error persist, please contact the system
administrator for assistance.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Navigation: Work Order
3. Query and select work order.
4. Click on Print button to print Work Order
5. See above error
