ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

To capture comments during WO completion the "Work Order Completion Information" DFF has been enabled with context value "Work Order Completion Notes".

In the WO completion when we try to capture the comments by choosing the context value from LOV, the comments can be captured, however the context value which was showing earlier is not displayed (disappearing)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Page should display the selected Context value details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Work Order Completion Information" DFF
2. Maintenance Super User --> Select a released work order and click Complete work order
3. Select a Context value then try to capture the comments.
4. Page is not showing the selected context values.
