Symptoms

Sales Emails Outlook Synchronization Fails With Email Address Unrecognized. When performing Outlook Synchronization with Oracle Sales emails are not being synchronized.  Encountering the message 'This user (XXX@TEST.org) is not the sender or a recipient.


Sync log shows:
[01/21/16 17:08:47] To Do Phase III : Recurrence must have an end date or a limited number of occurrences. Your changes were discarded. [01/21/16 17:08:48] This user (XXX@TEST.org) is not the sender or a recipient. Interaction has not been recorded.
