Line Tolerance For Chargeback Batch Is Not Getting Considered

On : 12.1.2 version, Indirect Sales Management
Line Tolerance from System Parameters is not getting considered for a Chargeback Batch.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Line Tolerance at System Parameters level.
2. Upload Chargeback Batch. Note that Batch doesn't have values for Line Tolerance fields and it moves to Disputed status.
