Service Pricing is Incorrect When Product Pricing is Based on Item Category

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service pricing is not happening correctly when the serviceable product price is defined based on product attribute which is based on item category and service item price is defined as a percent of product price. With the same setup, pricing is happening correctly in sales order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Service pricing should happen based on the product pricing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An item category is defined and assigned to the serviceable product. A product attribute is defined to source from the item category and pricing is defined based on the product attribute.
2. Service item price is defined as percent of product price.
3. When the service item and product is added on the contract, service item is priced as zero and log shows error: No refernce of parent item or parent price is null for percent-based pricing.
Pricing Calculation shows error: Price was not found on price list XXX for this item XXX and uom Ea.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, pricing is not happening on the contract.
