On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Collections Reports
1. When attempting to navigate to forms from a responsibility that has Swedish letter in the responsibility_key,
the following error occurs.

Sorry, no valid responsibilities available
2. When running IEX: Strategy Management when there are customers whose names include Swedish characters, the program ends in Warning
