Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition Creation

After applying <Patch 25699747>:R12.ICX.D, the following unknown error message occurs in Requisition Header

when attempting to create requisition by coping from an existing one in iProcurement.

ERROR

Message not found. Application:ICX, Message Name:ICX_POR_EDITSUBMIT_HEADERTITLE. Tokens:REQ_NUM=#######;


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Apply <Patch 25699747:R12.ICX.D>

2.Navigate to iProcurement responsibility, try to create requisition by copying from an existing one.

3. Then get below unknow message shown in Requisition Header:
  Message not found. Application:ICX, Message Name:ICX_POR_EDITSUBMIT_HEADERTITLE. Tokens:REQ_NUM=#######;

Changes

 Apply <Patch 25699747:R12.ICX.D>
