Notepad Icon Log Does Not Open When Using The JSP Oracle SCORM Adaptor (Doc ID 2312688.1)

Symptoms

Content Admin:

For the logging using the NON Java Adapters, you would be having a notepad icon in the player for javascript based adapters..clicking on that will show the popup containing log messages.

JSP SCORM Adapter Log does not open when using the JSP Oracle SCORM Adapter.

If you set the leaning object to open in a new window and you have enabled logging, if you click on the log icon to see the log while playing a course nothing happens.

Customer is using Internet Explorer 11 and this is causing issues for the business. .

If you use Chrome it opens the log without any issues.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Learner Home page
Launch course
Nothing happens
Opened developer tools in IE
Clicked on log button again- no log enabled


Carry out the same in Chrome and it works
