How to Evenly Distribute Leads to Salesreps Using Territory Management (Doc ID 2313033.1)

Questions on Lead Assignment

We have one territory with all of our sales reps assigned in the territory. The territory has the qualifiers for "Lead Product Category" (which has many values) and then we have all the resources listed in this territory.

We noticed some users users are not getting leads assigned and some users are getting high number of leads assigned.

Below is a summary of the leads that were assigned to the sales team over a period of 3 months and you can clearly see the unequal distribution of leads.

Management would like the leads to be assigned equally to all the sales representatives irrespective of the current queue that the sales representative may have.

How can we ensure that the leads are distributed evenly amongst all of the sales reps that are in the same territory?
