Goal

Need notifications of Type change workflow Routing Step ONLY when workflow of ECO moves to next step.

The FYI notifications are a repetition of same information and are of no use to end users. Having only notifications of type Change Workflow Routing step allows end users to use this Open Notifications view as a TO-DO list.
