When attempting to use QP: Bulk Import of Price Lists to update a price list line
the following error occurs in the log file.

A price break child line must have at least one pricing attribute.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the interface tables
2. Run QP: Bulk Import of Price Lists
