Error While Trying to Split Lot/Serial Lines in Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN)

Symptoms

On iSupplier Portal when attempting to create an ASN from iSupplier log in for a single Purchase Order (PO) line with multiple lot numbers and multiple license plate numbers (LPN), the following error occurs:

An error occurred while trying to split lot/serial lines. Please look into inventory log for more details


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Advance Shipment Notice for a single PO line with multiple lot numbers and multiple LPNS.
2. Submit and run the request
3. Go to View/Cancel Advance Shipment Notice and see that Processing Status Code is Error


Due to this issue, users cannot submit the ASN
