Error "Java.Sql.Sqlrecoverableexception: Io Error: Broken Pipe" When Applying Patch 25110937 (Doc ID 2313335.1)

On iProcurement when attempting to apply patch 25110937, the following error occurs:

Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Broken pipe (errno:32)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.logon(

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.<init>(
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CDriverExtension.getConnection(

Caused by: Broken pipe (errno:32)
at Method)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to apply patch
2. During patching process, error occurs

Due to this issue, the patch is not able to be applied at all.
